What is a credit?
Every email Traecy sends on your behalf uses one credit per recipient. Every plan starts each month with a fixed number of credits.
You decide per user whether they receive the automatic emails. Extra credits cost €1 each, or 20% less in bundles.
For example
- A request to a supplier with two email addresses uses 2 credits.
- A reminder to that supplier uses another 2.
- The daily notification email uses 1 credit per user who receives it.

What is a credit?
Every email Traecy sends on your behalf uses one credit. That includes requests and reminders to suppliers, but also the daily notification email to your team. Every plan includes credits per month, which start again at the beginning of each month. Extra credits cost €1 each, or 20% less in bundles.
Do the prices include VAT?
No, all prices exclude VAT.
Am I tied to a contract?
No. You can cancel Traecy every month.
What does onboarding look like?
Personal onboarding is included in every plan. We set Traecy up together with you: we create the filters for your chain and add your suppliers and users, so you receive relevant notifications from day one.
